Research Interests
As a doctoral student in History of Science, Medicine, and Technology, I work at the intersection of healing and power, analyzing how medical institutions shaped the political economy of American healthcare across the twentieth century. My research examines the entangled development of governance structures and financial frameworks during the expansion of the welfare state to understand how this process fundamentally restructured the relationship between medicine, capital, and the state.
